Job Description Summary:
As a Workforce Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the appropriate learning solutions and programs that enable companywide technical skill development
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Workforce Competence & Technical Capabilities
Conduct learning needs analyses toidentifyskill gaps and build strategies that support departmental competency development.
Recommend the most suitable internal or external learning methods, tools, and programs to drive technical skill growth.
Design & Deliver Technical Training
Develop, revise, and enhance course materials using effective instructional design principles.
Consider learningobjectives, delivery methods, performance outcomes, and assessment approaches to create engaging training experiences.
Deliver andfacilitateclassroom or alternative training sessions that empower learners and boost capability.
Design and deliver training programs that strengthen the team’s AI competencies and upskill learners withfuture‑ready,leading‑edgeAI capabilities in an evolving digital landscape.
Improve Training Effectiveness
Use training metrics, data, and participant feedback to evaluate and improve courses and learning programs.
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the training ecosystem.
Ensure all training activitiescomply withestablished standards, guidelines, and policies.
Identifyopportunities to apply and develop AI and automation solutions inday‑to‑daytasks, implementing enhancements that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
CollaborateAcross a Global Network
Work closely with global and local Workforce Development partners to share Best Known Methods andalign ontraining initiatives.
Partner with external organizations to strengthen our team’s technical and professionalcapability.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and area training representatives to develop, review, and deploy training solutions effectively.
Ability to apply baseline digital fluency androle‑appropriateAI literacy to useAI‑enabledtools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation,problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.

Qualifications
Able toengage learners anddeliver knowledge effectively to diverse audiences
Knowledgeable in a variety of training techniques, especially those relating to adult learning theory
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with a variety of people to promote teamwork within a diverse group
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to manage projects successfully, follow through on commitments, display integrity, take the initiative to address problems, and provide outstanding customer service
Solid analytical skills anddemonstratedability to solve problems quickly and creatively
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Applications (e.g.MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong computer skills and the aptitude to learn new applications and software programs
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment andcomplying withorganizational standards and legal requirements.
