1. Software Design and Development
- Analyze business processes, user needs, product requirements, system constraints, and existing capabilities to clarify the real problem to be solved.
- Design, develop, configure, integrate, test, and maintain industrial and enterprise software applications, services, and interfaces.
- Translate requirements into feasible technical solutions, implementation tasks, acceptance criteria, and realistic estimates.
- Make sound engineering trade-offs across functionality, quality, time, maintainability, performance, security, and delivery risk.
2. Project and Product Delivery
- Own modules, features, integrations, or technical work packages from requirement clarification through release, deployment, and operational handover.
- Deliver customer-project requirements while protecting product architecture, configurability, reuse, and long-term maintainability.
- Identify dependencies and technical risks early, communicate them transparently, and drive issues to closure with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute valuable project enhancements back to the relevant product, platform, or shared framework whenever appropriate.
3. Engineering Quality and Operational Readiness
- Apply engineering practices including code review, automated testing, CI/CD, secure development, technical documentation, and release readiness.
- Build software that is usable, deployable, supportable, observable, and aligned with relevant architecture and quality principles.
- Support defect analysis, incident resolution, root-cause identification, and continuous improvement of delivered solutions.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining security, quality, intellectual-property, and review controls.
4. Collaboration, Knowledge, and Reuse
- Collaborate with customers, product managers, architects, quality engineers, domain experts, suppliers, and global development teams.
- Provide technical guidance to external or outsourced contributors, review their outputs, and retain critical technical ownership within ESW-CN.
- Contribute reusable components, solution patterns, templates, standards, lessons learned, and technical documentation.
- Share knowledge, support peer reviews, and help strengthen engineering capability across the organization.
