The Business Generation Manager will be responsible for driving business generation, positioning, and work-winning activities across ANZ. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of supporting growth, conversion, and client engagement in a collaborative environment. They will be confident in influencing and constructively challenging stakeholders, with an outcome-focused and proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business generation and work-winning activities across the ANZ business.
- Lead the strategic approach to opportunities, supporting go/no-go decisions and developing plans to maximise conversion success.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Support the development of compelling client-facing materials, including proposals, presentations, and capability statements.
- Facilitate discussions focused on value propositions, differentiators, and win themes to strengthen market positioning.
- Collaborate with Board-level directors and operational teams to support growth initiatives and client engagement activities.
- Work with external organisations and partners to support strategic pursuits and business development opportunities.
- Ensure all client-facing materials are professional, aligned to brand guidelines, and clearly communicate key messages.
- Provide feedback, market insights, and recommendations to senior leadership to support business growth and decision-making.
- Support positioning activities that improve conversion performance, including competitor research, market analysis, and client feedback analysis.
- Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities through a strong understanding of Turner & Townsend services and capabilities.
- Support interview preparation, presentation coaching, and broader business development activities.
- Build business generation capability across the ANZ business by sharing best practice and supporting colleagues.
- Report on pipeline performance, opportunity conversion, and market trends to senior leadership.
- Contribute to content libraries and business generation resources, ensuring materials remain current and effective.
