We are building a talent pool for future opportunities within our Portfolio Administration team. As an Entry Level Property Helpdesk team member, you will support the day-to-day coordination of property-related enquiries, maintenance requests, and administrative tasks while working with clients, landlords, surveyors, and facilities management providers.

Job Description

What You Could Be Doing

• Handling property-related enquiries and maintenance requests
• Updating information and records in internal systems
• Communicating with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Good English communication skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or helpdesk roles
• Experience working with data or documentation
