■概要
サービス部門は、GCB(発電機用遮断器)、GIS(ガス絶縁開閉装置)、TR(変圧器)に関するアフターサービスを世界各地で担っています。具体的には、据付・試験、定期保守、付加価値サービス、トレーニング、トラブルシューティング、設備改修・更新対応などを含みます。
■役割
フィールドサービスは、GCB、GIS、TRの国内外現場(工事)を統括・管理します。
■主な職務内容
・GCB、GIS、TRの現地据付・修理・改造を、作業指示に基づき難易度中〜高の作業を実施する。
・緊急時のトラブルシューティングを支援する。
・Hitachi Energyの手順書・マニュアル・品質基準およびHSE基準を遵守する。
・顧客志向・解決志向で業務を進める。
・顧客要求を丁寧にヒアリングし、新たなサービス機会の創出につながるフィードバックを組織へ提供する。
・Hitachi Energy作業認定レベル4または5を保有し、レベル2認定のメンバー(<5名のFSE)を指導する。
・主体性を持って自律的に業務を推進する。
・現場の安全確保に責任を持つ。
・現場協働者を率いるための高い対人スキルを有する。
・日本国内および海外の現場での勤務(出張比率70〜80%以上)に対応する。

■応募要件・スキル
・電気または機械系の学位(関連する追加教育があれば尚可)。
・GIS、GCBまたはTRに関する技術分野での実務経験3年以上、もしくは5年以上が望ましい。
・Hitachi Energyの作業認定基準におけるレベル4または5資格。
・PICW(Personin charge of Work)レベル3。
・英語の読み・会話力があれば尚可。

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will beperformon-site installation, repair, and modification of GCB, GIS, and TR, carrying out tasks of medium to high difficultyin accordance withwork instructions.You will support troubleshooting on an emergency basis.
2. You will follow Hitachi Energy Processes, manuals, instructions, quality standards, and HSE standards.
3. You will have a customer-focused and solution-oriented approachrequired.
4. You will listen closely to customer requirements and give feedback to the organization to develop new service solutions or opportunities.
5. You will have a Level 4 or Level 5 certification and can manage Level 2 certified employees (<5 Field Service Engineers).
6. You will be self-driven and working under your ownership.
7. You willbe responsible forensuring Safety on site.
8. You will be socially competent to lead co-workers on-site.
9. You will work on-site within Japan or abroad with travel >70-80%.
10. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. A degree in electrical or mechanical background and further educationarebeneficial and 3 years ofexperieceor 5years experiencein technical for GIS/GCB or TR.
2. Certified Level4 or Level5 as per Hitachi Energy certification guidelines.
3. PICW (Person in charge of Work) Level 3.
4. Proficiencyin spoken and read English is preferred.
