Guest Experience
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional greeting.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and engaging attitude at all times.
- Recognize returning and VIP guests whenever possible.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return.
Reservations & Seating Management
- Manage restaurant reservations through the reservation system.
- Optimize table allocation to maximize seating capacity while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain an accurate waiting list and communicate estimated waiting times.
- Coordinate table assignments with the Restaurant Manager and service team.
- Monitor dining room occupancy and turnover.
Restaurant Operations
- Ensure the hostess stand is clean, organized, and fully equipped.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams regarding table availability.
- Assist in preparing the restaurant before opening and after closing.
Guest Relations
- Gather guest preferences and special requests.
- Support the team in delivering personalized guest experiences.
- Promote restaurant events, promotions, and special menus.
