Food and Beverage Attendant/ Barista

Role Foundations:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and maintaining equipment, service areas, and supplies.
• Provide proactive food and beverage service across restaurant, bar, and café operations while maximising sales opportunities through recommendations and upselling.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our menus, beverages, and hotel offerings to confidently engage with guests.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and personalised service to create memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness across all service and guest areas.
