Take full responsibility for HVAC works (AHUs, ventilation, smoke exhaust, chilled water, cooling water, cleanroom HVAC, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
Participate in HVAC and cleanroom design reviews, with special focus on critical process parameters such as cleanliness, temperature/humidity, pressure differentials, and air change rates.
Lead the preparation of HVAC technical specifications for tendering, and participate in equipment selection and technical bid evaluation.
Track the procurement and manufacturing progress of key equipment such as chillers, AHUs, fans, and pumps.
Fully manage on-site HVAC installation during construction, coordinate pipe/duct routing, and resolve spatial and interface conflicts.
Supervise the quality of key processes including duct fabrication, insulation installation, and equipment mounting.
Organize air balance, hydrostatic testing, water system balancing, and integrated commissioning to verify system performance against design criteria.
Identify and control HVAC changes and potential claims, assessing impacts on schedule, cost, and performance.
Regularly report HVAC progress, quality, and risks to project decision-makers, providing professional recommendations.
Organize as-built documentation, and assist in cleanroom certification and final handover.
Serve as the primary HVAC interface, coordinating among design institutes, specialist consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors.
