Job Summary:
- Customer compalin handling。
- Failure analysis for failure parts in customer side。
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as communication window to OEM customer or SQW(E-mail/Meeting).
- Guide SQW for onsite failure analysis at OEM plant(Data).
- Lead failure analysis at RBCW/QMM lab(Physical Part).
- Maintain information in BOSCH claim management system(I-QIS system).
- Regular share RBCW analysis result with German plant(CMS system).
- Regular summarize analysis result and monitor Q Statistics(K.P.I.).
