Support the transformation and continuous improvement of business processes and solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain.
Plan and execute transformation/implementation initiatives and SAP rollout projects in collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistics, sales organizations, and internal IT teams.
Facilitate requirement workshops, analyze business needs, and prepare functional specifications for SAP ERP solutions.
Support SAP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, user acceptance, and key user support during go-live.
Collaborate with Production, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to optimize end-to-end business processes and system integrations.
Drive stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Continuously design and further develop concepts and business processes to ensure constant optimization and increasing of efficiency of O2C area.
Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
