💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! As a Intern Supply Chain you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

Order Management & SAP Tracking

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders within SAP R/3; monitor and follow up on open orders pending supplier confirmations.
• Liaise with suppliers to expedite urgent or delayed deliveries and maintain accurate shipment tracking information in SAP R/3.

Logistics & Documentation

• Monitor daily inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure on-time warehouse arrivals.
• Prepare, verify, and execute export documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Perform billing verification by reconciling vendor invoices against shipping and delivery documents; maintain accurate logistics records.

Administrative Support

• Support the Supply Chain team with data collection, analysis, and reporting for supply chain performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
