We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sample Management Technician to support GMP sample operations across multi-product and multi-site laboratory environments. This role is responsible for the tracking, documentation, and coordination of samples to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely availability for testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track GMP samples within virtual systems across multiple laboratories and stakeholders
- Verify and confirm sample delivery and placement across designated storage locations and freezers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and GMP standards
- Utilize computerized systems and databases to enter, track, and manage sample data
- Generate and maintain documentation using tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Follow SOPs independently while ensuring all activities are properly recorded
- Collaborate effectively with team members, including peers and senior scientists, in a cross-functional environment
