AECOM is seeking a Contractor Market Design Lead to drive growth across our Building Engineering  portfolio in Ireland. This is a leadership role with accountability for expanding the sale and delivery of design services to Design & Build contractors and key delivery partners.

You will play a central role in shaping strategy, strengthening client relationships, and positioning AECOM to win and deliver major building projects.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead and deliver a contractor market growth strategy for Building Engineering
• Build and manage relationships with key Design & Build contractors and partners
• Identify and shape opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline of work
• Drive account planning, bids and major pursuits
• Increase AECOM’s visibility in the contractor-led market
• Collaborate across our Building Engineering teams to secure and successfully deliver multidisciplinary projects
• Champion client experience, team performance, and inclusion
