Our hydrogeology team partners with clients across the mining, energy, infrastructure and government sectors, delivering technically robust groundwater solutions that support some of Western Australia's major mining, environmental, and civil engineering projects. As a Principal Hydrogeologist , you'll help shape project outcomes, mentor emerging professionals and contribute to the continued growth of our hydrogeology capability.
How you’ll make a difference
- Lead and deliver complex hydrogeological investigations and groundwater studies across mining, infrastructure and environmental projects throughout Western Australia.
- Provide technical leadership through the development and review of conceptual hydrogeological models, groundwater assessments, licensing strategies and regulatory approvals.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, regulators and multidisciplinary project teams while leading project delivery from proposal through to completion.
- Mentor and develop junior hydrogeologists, contribute to technical excellence initiatives and support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
