AECOM is seeking a candidate for the position of Project Manager III in Ausin, TX.
- Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
- Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
- Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
- Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
- Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
- Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
- Manages other Project Managers.
- Works closely with the Owner through the pre-construction phase.
- Works with the Owner to prepare the RFQ documents.
- Participates in confidential meetings and conceptual proposal reviews.
- Participates in the proposal review process and interviews.
- Assists with the review and scoring of potential Progressive DB teams.
- Assists in the selection of the most qualified Progressive Design Build Entity.
- o Works with the Owner and DBE to develop the program and design criteria while staying within budget and schedule.
- Verifies the budget and schedule for the design-build phase of the project
