Partner with the Data team to define measurable metrics of success for the Product teams, and drive accountability through OKRs
Delivering experiences that drive revenue, conversion, and customer engagement, while driving cost efficiencies
Develop the roadmap of features, adaptively planning forward and managing the implementation with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with engineering and marketing leadership to establish agile processes, frameworks, and tools to improve product velocity, quality, accountability, and transparency
Build, recruit, and train a world-class product and design team
Proactively think through organizational design and development as the team scales

You make data-informed decisions, and can balance that with a deep intuition of how users engage with a product or feature—you can rapidly validate and revise your hypotheses
Deep knowledge of extracting and delivering consumer insights via focus groups, usability tests, surveys, behavioral data, and experiments
Strong skills in partner management and internal evangelism through verbal and written communication
Organized, focused on results, and experienced in creating the frameworks and processes critical for our growing team
