オフィス移転・統合・新拠点構築などの大規模プロジェクトにおいて、クライアントの立場でICT・AV・物理セキュリティ基盤の企画構想から設計、調達、導入、引き渡しまでを一貫してリードいただきます。
特定ベンダーに依存しない中立的な立場で、コスト・品質・スケジュール・リスクを可視化しながら、最適なソリューションを実現するポジションです。プロジェクトの中核として、多様なステークホルダーやベンダーを統括し、ビジネス要件と建築要件をつなぐ役割を担っていただきます。
職務内容
ICT戦略・企画立案
- オフィス移転・統合プロジェクトにおけるICTグランドデザインの策定
- ネットワーク、サーバールーム、AV、物理セキュリティに関する要件定義・基本設計
- ICTガバナンスの策定および予算管理
調達・ベンダーマネジメント
- ICT・AV・セキュリティベンダー向けRFP（提案依頼書）の作成
- 提案内容・見積の評価およびベンダー選定支援
- マルチベンダー体制における進捗・品質・課題管理
- 見積査定およびコスト最適化の推進
プロジェクトマネジメント
- クライアント、建築・内装PM／CM、ビル管理会社との調整・折衝
- ネットワーク設備、サーバールーム等の施工計画および品質管理
- カットオーバー（移行・切替）計画の策定・実行
- ベースビル設備（MEP）とICT領域の連携・調整
- プロジェクト全体のリスク管理および課題解決
Role Overview
As a trusted advisor to clients, you will lead large-scale office relocation, consolidation, and new office development projects, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of ICT, AV, and physical security infrastructure—from strategic planning and design through procurement, implementation, and handover.
Acting independently from any specific vendor, you will provide objective guidance to optimize cost, quality, schedule, and risk while delivering the most effective solutions. This role sits at the center of complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors while bridging business requirements with architectural and workplace design considerations.
Key Responsibilities
ICT Strategy & Planning
- Develop ICT master plans and technology roadmaps for office relocation and consolidation projects.
- Define requirements and create high-level designs for network infrastructure, server rooms, AV systems, and physical security solutions.
- Establish ICT governance frameworks and manage project budgets.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage RFPs (Requests for Proposal) for ICT, AV, and security vendors.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and quotations and support vendor selection processes.
- Manage multiple vendors, ensuring alignment on project deliverables, quality, schedules, and issue resolution.
- Conduct cost assessments and drive cost optimization initiatives.
Project Management
- Coordinate and negotiate with clients, construction and workplace PM/CM teams, and building management companies.
- Oversee planning, installation, and quality control of network infrastructure and server room facilities.
- Develop and execute cutover and migration plans.
- Coordinate ICT requirements with base-building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution across stakeholders.
