- Supervise and coordinate the overall operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all service standards and sequences of service are consistently upheld
- Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping staff, providing constructive feedback and fostering a supportive team culture that promotes quality service and professional development
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to verify cleanliness, maintenance standards, and proper repair; communicate areas for improvement to team members
- Collaborate closely with Front Office and other department managers to coordinate services and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to established protocols
- Perform housekeeping duties as needed, including deep cleaning projects and assisting staff during high-volume periods to demonstrate commitment and support , working close with Housekeeping Manager to ensure all duties are completed .
