Work Schedule

Weekend Office Hours:

Work Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break each day.
Attend a Friday handover meeting at 4:00 PM and provide a Monday morning handover at 9:00 AM.

Out-of-Hours Coverage:

Hold the out-of-hours phone on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings to provide support as needed.
Oversee and coordinate the delivery of person-centred care to clients during weekend shifts.
Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant care regulations and standards.
Manage staff rotas and allocate duties effectively.
Conduct regular assessments and update care plans as required.
Liaise with clients families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergencies or incidents.
Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation.
Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of care services.
