As a Recruitment Coordinator, you facilitate the hiring of talented and diverse colleagues that share out company values and ambition. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead you support and collaborate with the store hiring managers in your organization on recruitment best practices including I&D, candidate experience, recruitment processes and onboarding, contributing to the success of recruitment KPIs. This role will look after store recruitment in Japan.
Job Description
- Guide hiring managers on the best way to recruit, offer recommendations and provide them with useful insights. Secure their commitment to secure the right candidates are selected, within an agreed timeline contributing to the recruitment KPIs
- Manage a professional end to end recruitment processes for sales advisor roles including the organisation of assessment centres in key cities, ensuring candidates receive quality feedback and the best possible experience
- Train and coach hiring managers on the best practice for a successful assessment centre
- Ensure the timely adherence to established routines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by following up with hiring managers for each specific job opening
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with CV screening and organising interviews for store management positions
- Follow up on KPIs, understand areas of strengths and opportunity, ensuring appropriate actions are being taken to improve time to fill as well as the candidate experience
- Work with H&M Group HR colleagues within the region to stay informed, and build successful collaborations with regards to labour market insights, salary and benefits, as well as changes in employee relations/legal requirements
