Lead Packaging project management, e.g. new packaging release, RPP projects.
Responsible for Quality and Cost Management.
Adopt digital and AI tools to improve team efficiency, delivery quality and drive lean& standardized process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Establish and improve the Pkg management system: Continuously promote lean improvement, guide employees to learn, fully participate in improvement, and improve team efficiency and quality accordingly.
Package design & Project Management:
Ensure all packaging solutions meet regulatory requirements, production specifications and cost targets.
Optimize packaging design to meet TLC (Total Logistic Cost) target.
Familiar with mainstream packaging technologies and can apply them to our product packaging.
Adopt professional project management methodologies to deliver new packaging rollouts and RPP projects.
Delivery & Inventory Management: Daily delivery plan & inventory management, damage/abnormal handling, etc., ensure timely and accurate delivery and control deviation of stock taking.
Supplier Management:
Manage and evaluate packaging suppliers including Pkg RDC & Third-Party management.
Continuously optimize supplier service, quality and delivery performance.
Quality and Cost Management:
Regular Package Cost/Quality Tracking to meet target
Package cost forecast planning for BP (Business plan)/LtP(Long term planning)/CF (current forecast)
Supplier Quality monitoring to ensure delivery quality
Digital & AI Efficiency Empowerment: Introduce digital & AI solutions for team daily work, build standardized use cases to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and improve team efficiency and output consistency.
Others: other tasks assigned by superiors.
