Savings Tracking & Reporting: Extract and consolidate data from the system; create summaries and charts to track measures, compare results, and monitor savings progress.
Transport Cost Analysis: Analyze transportation costs, with a focus on air freight, identifying opportunities for mode shifts (e.g., air to sea), localization, and cost optimization; review special freight and WILCO reports.
Crisis Management: Provide support during unforeseen events
Sustainability & Green Logistics: Support initiatives that drive environmentally responsible and sustainable logistics practices.
Stackability & Utilization Projects: Track global stackability and utilization initiatives, working in tandem mode to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
