DevOps Team Leader

Main objective of the job:                                         

• Providing coaching and performance feedback to all team members; 

• Recruiting and hiring talent to fill team positions; 

• Supporting the integration of a new team member with related administrative activities; 

• Engaging and coordinating with other team managers across the organization; 

• Identifying the need for corrective actions when necessary; 

• Driving regular one-to-one meetings with each of the team members and similar regular meetings with the functional peers or clients; 

Operational Responsibilities: 

• Reporting to internal and external customers; 

• Responsibility to adherence to rules of Bosch or external in order to be compliant; 

• Communicating and ensuring understanding of functional or departmental goals; 

• Handling remote teams and processing received feedback from the functional peers; 

• Providing support to all sales and Product Management Processes related to the team activity. 

• Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and automated software delivery; 

• Managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm; 

• Coordinating containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, availability, and performance of services; 

• Implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g. Elastic Stack) to ensure system health and rapid incident response; 

• Driving DevSecOps best practices across the team, including vulnerability management, security scanning, and compliance with organizational security policies; 

• Collaborating with development and operations teams to define and enforce SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets, promoting a culture of reliability and continuous improvement;
