Job Description
The purpose of the role is to manage and provide a complete MAC service to one or more client accounts as directed, ensuring that all MAC (including Small Works) Projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on safety, on behalf of MAC and the client(s), providing guidance on selection of, and management of, the supply chain and providing accurate and timely reporting of all activity and key client matrices as directed.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all MAC Projects are managed in accordance with the MAC Playbook.
- Ensure that all MAC Projects are QHSE compliant, delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on safety, on behalf of MAC and the client(s).
- Generate new lines of revenue for the organisation and maximise sales profit margins.
- Ensure that all MAC projects adhere and are managed to commercial agreements / contracts.
- Ensure all MAC projects are secured and delivered on time and within the financial requirements and margins as specified by the business.
- Provide guidance on selection of, and management of, the supply chain.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of all activity and key client matrices as directed.
- Act as the client interface for all occupancy planning, space planning and move and change activity, interfacing with authority and diplomacy throughout the client business to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of available space.
- Ensure the provision of innovative and creative alternative layout options to improve workflow and/or enhance the client working environment.
- Manage move delivery contractors as and when required.
- Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other occupancy and space management/CAFM systems as required.
- Be proficient in the use of all MAC Products and in particular the MAC Circular Economy Policy and FF&E Audit and Inventory.
- Effectively manage MAC projects to ensure accurate delivery of changes to accommodation, safely on time and on budget.
- Ensure building and/or area readiness for all MAC projects (incoming areas).
- Promote and market MAC consultancy services both internally and externally.
- Complete MAC Project Toolbox and First Draft of appropriate Case Studies, utilising MAC templates within one week of project completion.
- Generate Leads and additional revenue from both client accounts and other sources.
- Manage own time effectively and ensure Fee Revenue and Stretch Target is monitored.
General Activities
- Support leadership in identifying and specifying MAC project opportunities.
- Complete MAC projects on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Maximise profit through cost reductions and better buying of subcontractor services.
- Identify and win MAC projects through effective relationships.
- Promote and maintain the core values of CBRE and Turner & Townsend.
- Provide support for the development of MAC Playbook, Products and Services.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to resolve issues encountered during MAC project implementation.
- Design monetisation strategies to drive revenue on MAC Project sales.
- Develop strategies for maximising sales profit margins.
- Oversee changes in project scope, issues and risks that affect the project.
- Provide overall direction for multiple projects with different timelines.
- Seek out opportunities to generate MAC projects through innovation.
- Leverage margins on projects by working with subcontractors and suppliers to reduce project costs.
