Marking and Recording: Count and verify all items collected against the laundry list provided by the guest. Ensure guest names, room numbers, and item counts are accurately recorded to avoid discrepancies.
Item Inspection: Thoroughly check garments for any existing damage, stains, or items left in pockets (e.g., jewelry, cash) and report these to a supervisor immediately before processing.
Adherence to Brand Standards: Ensure all Raffles and LQA standards are strictly followed during the pick-up and delivery process.
Guest Request Fulfillment: Confirm that specific instructions—such as folding trousers, light starch, or folding shirts—are perfectly adhered to.
Administrative Support: Accurately record guest and staff laundry charges and assist with tracking staff uniforms in a timely manner.
Operational Assistance: Carry out general valet services as needed, including the delivery of fresh linen and assisting with inventories.
