We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop our EMEA sales team as we scale across the region. Reporting to the Head of Sales – EMEA, you'll coach a team of SDRs and Account Executives to consistent overperformance, own the full funnel from outbound pipeline generation to closed revenue, and turn our sales playbook into disciplined, repeatable execution. This is a hands-on management role: you'll run forecasts and pipeline reviews, jump into key deals alongside your reps, and work closely with the Head of Sales to sharpen how we sell as we grow from early traction into a mature, high-performing sales organization.
