Troubleshoot, diagnose and replace faulty electrical and electronic components of automated production machinery such as relays, switches, motors, servo systems, drives, positions sensing devices, printed circuit boards and PLCs.
Plan and implement backup data base and maintain it with the most current version of the machine programs.
Support the development of team members.
Assist with IoT and Industry 4.0 connections and Data collection projects.
Read, interpret, and make changes and updates to electrical schematic drawings,
control systems using PLCs and/or CNC control systems
Promote a team environment that is focused on customer satisfaction.
Install HMIs as well as downloading the programming. Ability to manipulate software to modify or add functions to HMI layouts, screens and functionality.
