In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee purchasing strategies across our luxury hospitality properties, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and vendor relationship management while maintaining the exceptional standards our brands are known for worldwide.
- Develop and execute comprehensive purchasing strategies and procurement plans for the cluster properties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and brand standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable supply chain performance
- Oversee inventory management and optimize stock levels across properties to minimize waste while ensuring product availability
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development
- Analyze spending patterns and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and sustainability standards in all procurement activities
