主要工作内容
- 负责电动工具系统配件类产品的设计工作
- 配合并协助主管工程师开展各项工作
- 参与新产品开发及现有产品优化改进项目
- 编制各部门所需产品技术文件，包括三维模型、生产图纸、物料清单（BOM）、设计失效模式与影响分析（Design FMEA）等
- 办理并跟进各类审批事项，跟踪项目行动计划，管理维护技术文档档案
- 开展机械计算与有限元分析（FEA）并形成书面文件，为设计决策提供数据支撑
- 结合检测数据完成测试结果分析
- 参与产品生产工艺相关项目
- 搜集、研读并分析相关技术资料与专利文献
- 在国际化办公环境中，与生产、采购、质量及其他技术部门开展跨部门协作沟通
工作任务
依托产品创新框架（PIF），负责产品研发全流程相关技术工作，具体如下：
- 针对P2 系列拓展项目，将客户需求转化为产品需求及需求规格说明书（SRS）
- 对接供应商统筹测试工作，并按要求提交相关报告
- 编制及更新通用产品安全法规（GPSR）风险评估文件
- 制作、整理各类技术文档、工程图纸及物料清单（BO）
- 完成 GIS、SAP 等内部系统的资料上传与配置维护
- 核查产品相关技术标准与法律法规合规性
- 配合采购部门推进 P2 系列拓展项目，协助完成产品质量协议（PQA）、产品规格确认及内部产品发布流程
- 参与产品上市工作，制作产品演示样例及对外沟通所用技术资料
- 作为技术对接人，在跨职能团队中紧密配合产品、市场与采购部门，负责与供应商的技术对接
- 与杭州全球技术团队（GT-team）密切协作，对齐工作目标与项目进度
- 定期向核心相关方同步项目技术进展
Your contribution
- Product Design Engineer in the area of “System Accessories” Power Tool Accessories
- Cooperation with and support of the lead – engineer:
- Participation in projects for new products and product improvements
- Prepare product documentation needed by different functions, like 3D-models, production drawings, BOMs, Design FMEA, etc.
- Prepare and execute approvals, track action plans, maintain documental archives.
- Carry out and document mechanical calculations and FEA for supporting design decisions
- Analysis of test results incl. measurements
- Participation in product manufacturing process projects
- Research and analysis of relevant technical information and patents
- Exchange with related functions in an international environment (including production, purchasing, quality and other technical functions)
Tasks
- Be responsible within the Product Innovation Framework (PIF) of technical tasks related to product development. In particular:
- Converting the given Customer Requirements into Product Requirements and Specifications (SRS) for P2 projects (range extension)
- Testing coordination with supplier with required reporting
- Creation resp. update of GPSR risk assessment
- Prepare required documentations, drawing and BO
- Ensuring proper upload and setup up in internal systems like GIS, SAP
- Check technical standards and legislations
- Support purchasing and procurements with PQA, product specifications and internal release processes for P2 projects (range extension)
- Contribute to launch process developing product demo and technical content for communication materials
- Close cooperation with product management/marketing and purchasing (technical expert for supplier communication) in cross-functional teams
- Close cooperation with GT-team in Hangzhou for needed team alignments
- Regular update of the technical project status to key stakeholders
