We are seeking a Senior I&C & Automation Engineer based in Taipei HQ to join our BU BS&P Team. Serving as the headquarters-level technical and automation specialist, this role is responsible for cross-sector support across all Veolia Taiwan portfolios (WTE/Incinerators, Water, and Chemical Recycling facilities) regarding technical design review, functional system testing (DCS/PLC/ESD/FGS), and commissioning management.
【Key Responsibilities】
Cross-Site Technical Review & Digital Alignment
Check and verify technical design documentations, drawings (P&ID, electrical diagrams), and engineering data from subsidiaries and package vendors to ensure alignment with Veolia standards.
Support and optimize control network architecture and Graphical User Interface (GUI) across sites to facilitate seamless operational data transmission back to HQ performance platforms.
Testing & Onsite Commissioning Management
Represent HQ BS&P Dept. to lead and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for core control systems (DCS, ESD, FGS, and Package PLCs).
Execute instrument loop tests, site process sequence validation, and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) functional tests to optimize process efficiency.
Schedule Control & Alignment
Maintain strict schedule control and proactively call for alignment meetings to compress timelines and secure project milestones under challenging environments.
