• Design sensor materials, electrode structures, and device architectures to meet industrial performance and reliability requirements.
• Lead innovation projects and translate technical concepts into practical, manufacturable solutions. • Support the development of flexible sensors, wearable sensors, and e-skin devices, including new materials and structural designs.
• Work closely with process, product, and manufacturing teams to enable smooth technology transfer and scale-up.
• Monitor industry trends and provide technical insights for product roadmap planning.
