Support monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructures, networks, servers, and cloud services.
Assist in implementing and managing cybersecurity and data protection procedures under guidance.
Support incident response and security threat remediation under supervision.
Assist with IT infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Support vendor and stakeholder communication activities.
Follow professional IT management practices and compliance rules.
Maintain awareness of current IT infrastructure practices and emerging technologies.
