Creation of PCB and inverter bills of material (BOMs) for handover to sample shop and production;
PCB and inverter design standardization for HV isolation and air and creepage distance fulfillment;
Mass production control within the project's hardware domain (including FMEA, definition of special characteristics, supplier evalution), supporting material management and sample production activities
Verification of Design artefacts on PCB/PEU level in a high-voltage environment by using modern measurement technologies
Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions for production line and customer applications.
Strong collaboration within the international development network
Schematic integration, collaboration with CAD engineers on layout design, and control & maintenance of electronic components.

PCB和逆变器物料清单（BOM）的创建，用于移交至样品车间及生产环节；
针对高压隔离及电气间隙、爬电距离要求的PCB与逆变器设计标准化；
项目硬件领域的量产控制（包括FMEA、特殊特性定义、供应商评估），支持物料管理及样品生产活动；
在高压环境下，采用现代测量技术对PCB/PEU层级的设计成果进行验证；
针对生产线及客户应用中的问题，进行故障排查、根本原因分析及纠正措施的实施；
与国际化研发网络紧密协作；
原理图整合，与CAD工程师协作完成布局设计，以及电子元器件的管控与维护。
