Gain deep understanding of the client's production processes, line status, and pain points; conduct on-site surveys, interviews, and data collection to form a complete requirements pool
Ensure requirements align with departmental goals through technical feasibility assessments, risk analyses, and benefit analyses
Decompose high-level business needs into actionable technical requirements, functional lists, performance metrics, and acceptance criteria
Evaluate and compare different implementation paths (e.g., PLC, HMI, robotics, vision systems combinations); deliver implementable system architecture and selection plans
Develop preliminary implementation roadmaps, milestones, resource needs (personnel, time, budget), and risk control measures
Participate in on-site installation, debugging, system acceptance, and production release assessments to ensure delivery on schedule and to quality targets
Provide post-go-live training, technical support, and subsequent optimization recommendations to clients
Continuously track performance indicators and drive data-driven optimization strategies to improve line efficiency and yield
