职位概述:
负责整车热管理系统(含电池热管理、HVAC/热泵、动力总成冷却等)的方案定义、仿真分析、样件与整车试验、控制策略标定及量产导入,确保热性能、能效、可靠性与乘员舒适性满足产品目标与法规要求。
Responsible for definition, simulation analysis, prototype and vehicle testing, control strategy calibration and series introduction of vehicle thermal management systems (including battery thermal management, HVAC/heat pumps, powertrain cooling, etc.), ensuring thermal performance, efficiency, reliability and occupant comfort meet product targets and regulatory requirements.
职责:
1.参与并主导整车热管理系统总体方案与架构设计(热源分配、冷却回路拓扑、换热器与机电元件选型等)。
Lead or contribute to overall vehicle thermal management architecture and concept designs (heat source allocation, coolant loop topology, heat exchangers and electromechanical component selection).
2.进行整车热管理系统的一维仿真及与Simulink的联合仿真与分析,支持方案决策与优化。
Perform 1D vehicle‑level thermal management simulations and conduct co‑simulation and analysis with Simulink to support design decisions and optimization
3.定义热系统及关键零部件技术要求,参与供应商评估与技术沟通。
Define technical requirements for thermal systems and key components; participate in supplier evaluation and technical communication.
4.组织并执行台架与整车热性能试验(环境舱、道路工况、温度循环、热冲击等),分析试验数据并推动改进。
Plan and execute bench and vehicle thermal tests (climate chamber, road conditions, temperature cycling, thermal shock), analyze data and drive improvements.
5.与控制工程师协同开发热控制策略并参与标定、HIL/MIL/SIL验证,优化能耗与温控响应。
Collaborate with control engineers to develop thermal control strategies and participate in calibration and HIL/MIL/SIL verification to optimize energy use and temperature response.
6.推动整车集成,与结构、电气、制造等团队协作,保证装配性与可制造性(DFM/DFA)。
Promote vehicle integration and collaborate with structure, E‑E, manufacturing teams to ensure assemblability and manufacturability (DFM/DFA).
7.跟踪法规、行业标准与认证要求,确保热系统设计合规。
Track regulations, industry standards and certification requirements to ensure compliance of thermal system designs.
8.编写并维护技术文档(需求规格、仿真/试验报告、BOM、工艺文件等),支持开发交付。
Produce and maintain technical documentation (requirements, simulation/test reports, BOMs, process documents) to support development deliverables.
9.识别项目中的技术风险和成本/性能折衷,向项目组提出可执行的解决方案。
Identify technical risks and cost/performance trade‑offs in projects and propose executable solutions to the project team.
