This role is a key leadership position within AECOM’s Buildings + Places structural engineering practice, combining advanced technical leadership with people management, project delivery accountability, and practice development responsibilities.
The Structural Engineering Manager will lead and grow a team of structural engineers supporting projects across commercial, aviation, federal, industrial, technology, and adaptive reuse markets. Typical project scales range from $5M–$500M in construction value, with opportunities to contribute to larger, complex programs. This role is ideal for a senior structural engineer ready to expand their leadership impact while remaining technically engaged in complex design challenges.
