Within the Technical Direction Team, you will develop the automation, control and instrumentation engineering processes necessary for the plants, maintain the documentation and programming of existing ones and provide support for ongoing projects.
Provide technical support for the manufacturing phase and to clients as needed.
Modify and update the electrical and control system design to adapt to specific projects.
Update electrical schematics and documentation for electrical panel fabrication.
Propose instrumentation recommendations (electrical components of instrumentation) and understand the wiring.
Program PLCs and HMIs to meet process requirements or project changes.
Provide commissioning support (locally in the workshop for Factory Acceptance Testing and occasionally on-site), and occasionally perform the full Factory Acceptance Testing.
Update electrical and control-related documentation.
Diagnosticate and analyze malfunctions in installations and/or equipment.
