Hands-on, multi-tasking role covering the full lifecycle of predominantly Windows Server environments: installation, upgrades, configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance.
Lead local and remote office projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and handover.
Support and maintain bespoke trading application infrastructure: provisioning, patching, upgrading, and environment management.
Manage vendors and service providers, coordinating effectively with internal business and technology teams.
Provide coverage during core hours, with an expectation of additional out-of-hours support as required, including occasional weekend work.
Business-as-usual (BAU) 3rd line support, with flexibility to deliver 1st and 2nd line support depending on team structure and operational demand.
Occasional travel to remote office locations may be required.
