The Human Resources Senior Manager is primarily responsible for providing operational HR leadership, direction and expertise for the MS NOW Network. The client groups consist of exempt & non-exempt; union & non-union employees and contingent workers. By collaborating with the senior leadership team to provide a broad range of creative HR solutions, this role has the ability to influence short-term and some long-term goals. This role will support MS NOW and conduct project work as required.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and leverage HR processes (incl. Staffing, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation/Reward Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Communication)
- Partner/collaborate with senior leadership team to align and execute HR strategies in support of operations Manages complex employee relations issues
- Develop and implement appropriate change management plans as required
- Support employee engagement and talent mobility initiatives Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, procedures and practices;
- Ensure compliance with state & federal laws
- Provide advice, counsel and coaching to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Identify, select, develop and retain world-class talent and ensure a dynamic pipeline
- Manage SAP HR system - maintain integrity of employee data Uncover, assess and propose opportunities for HR process improvements
