MS NOW is looking for a Writing Associate Producer for the new weekend show airing 10AM – 1PM on Saturday and Sunday with Jacob Soboroff.
This position is represented by the Writers Guild of America East.
Responsibilities:
- Research, report and write daily segments
- Determine video and sound for assigned segments
- Communicate daily story development with senior producer
- Research, write and edit MS NOW’s lower-third banner chyrons, the “front page” of MS NOW’s coverage
- Take part in editorial planning
- Lead production of segments for digital platforms, including YouTube, social media & MSNOW DTC products
- Pitch story ideas
- Producer other vital on-screen content for MS NOW’s weekend programming
