Develop and manage project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Prepare baseline programs, monitor progress, and update schedules regularly.
Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and identify potential delays or risks.
Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
Support cost control and resource planning by integrating schedules with budgets and manpower plans.
Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on schedule performance.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.
Assist in claims analysis and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
Implement best practices in planning and scheduling across multiple projects.
