Assistant Project Manager - Billing

Role Summary:
Supports project billing, documentation, and cost control to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing for industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare RA bills, final bills, and verify measurements/BOQ.
• Coordinate with site, client, and commercial teams for bill approval.
• Maintain documentation: measurements, work orders, variations, and subcontractor bills.
• Track costs vs. budget; support MIS and project progress reporting.
• Ensure billing compliance with contracts, drawings, and GST norms.
