- Lead the Schedule Management function on specific client commissions, making sure that the team delivers on all accountabilities..
- Interface with the client, stakeholders and other consultants, at all project stages.
- Identify opportunities to improve schedule management procedures, templates and products.
- Ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.
- Process improvement – Identify and act upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.
- Lead proposals for new work or variations for existing projects.
- Attend relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities.
- Staff management – Input into the formal management of staff and recruitment interviews.
- Financial management – Utilize the tools provided keep track of the ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each commission
- Integrate multi-billion dollar schedules using Primavera P6 planning software.
- Lead and host interactive pull planning sessions utilizing the last planner system.
- Carry out in-depth construction schedule reviews, using various types of analytical software, including Acumen Fuse.
- Perform Montecarlo-style Quantitive Schedule Risk Assessments (QSRA's) using Acumen Risk, Pertmaster or Primavera Risk Analysis software.
- Create and maintain project controls dashboards for large programs using PowerBI, identifying relevant KPI's for successful project delivery and reporting to C Suite executives.
- Perform linear planning for complex, space restricted projects using TILOS planning software.

SALARY RANGE: $175,000.00 to $200,000.00/year
