Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, equipment data sheets, and method statements.
Provide technical support for mechanical or electrical systems depending on specialization.
Coordinate design and installation issues with CSA, MEP, vendors, and consultants.
Prepare and track RFIs, ensuring timely response and issue closure.
Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.
Track contractor progress, manpower, and resource allocation.
Assist QA/QC team with inspections and testing procedures.
Validate materials and equipment delivered to site.
Support equipment testing & commissioning activities.
Document test results and ensure compliance with project standards.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Maintain logs for materials, inspection requests, and testing records.
Provide input for contractor progress claims and verification of quantities.
Support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.
