We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial & Administrative Support professional to join our team in Argentina. The role will provide essential support across finance, administration, and vendor management activities, ensuring timely and accurate coordination in a multinational, corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Working side by side with the Project Managers that are in charge of different projects within the client.
- Manage vendor onboarding processes, including the creation and maintenance of supplier records.
- Review and verify contract documentation to ensure compliance with internal and client‑specific policies.
- Coordinate and process payments to client suppliers, as well as project‑related vendors.
- Support financial tracking activities, including invoice follow‑up, documentation control, and administrative reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to maintain clear, accurate, and timely financial and administrative workflows.
- Ensure adherence to corporate procedures, governance standards, and local regulatory requirements.
