Position Summary
The Regional Cost Manager will lead the commercial, cost planning, procurement and financial governance functions for multiple data centre projects across the ASEAN region. This role oversees full pre‑contract and post‑contract cost management, ensures commercial alignment across markets, and provides strategic cost advice to senior stakeholders. The position requires strong technical competency in CSA and MEP cost structures, fast‑track project delivery, and experience with highly coordinated environments typical of data centre construction.
- Lead cost planning and budgeting for regional data centre projects, including CSA and MEP packages.
- Manage full tender and procurement cycles, from RFQ issuance to bid evaluation and contract award.
- Oversee progress valuation, change management and VO assessments, ensuring commercial accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain regional cost benchmarks, market intelligence and cost databases for mission‑critical systems.
- Provide monthly cost reports, forecasts, cashflow updates and risk analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Review and certify contractor progress claims and final accounts across multiple markets.
- Collaborate closely with project directors, engineers, design consultants, and finance teams to ensure consistent commercial governance.
