Core Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Project Master Schedule using tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.
Monitor critical path activities and identify potential delays before they impact the timeline.
Coordinate with sub-contractors and internal teams to track progress against milestones.
2. Financial Control & Reporting
Support the Project Manager in budget tracking, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
Process and track Change Orders, ensuring all financial impacts are documented and approved.
Prepare weekly and monthly status reports highlighting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3. Document & Quality Management
Manage the project’s document control system (RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, and Meeting Minutes).
Ensure all project documentation complies with internal audit standards and client requirements.
Assist in the close-out process, including punch lists and final documentation handover.
4. Stakeholder Assistance
Act as a primary liaison between the field team and the project office.
Organize and facilitate project coordination meetings, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
