The Contract Administrator is responsible for management of the assigned contracts during the project execution period and supports Contract Manager and project team.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned contracts for the project.
- Manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
- Monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements, expedite disciplines where necessary, and highlight potential areas of concern.
- Provide advice on the assessment of variations & claims, delay damages, etc.
- Achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings, including clear record-keeping and regular commercial reporting.
- Provide contract feedback during the life of the project.
- Ensure guarantee period management.
