The Integration Manager is responsible for coordinating the technical infrastructure and system‑integration activities required to transition a constructed facility into a fully operational data centre. The role ensures that ICT infrastructure, critical systems, and cross‑discipline interfaces are delivered in a coordinated, compliant, and timely manner.
- Oversee delivery and integration of ICT and technical fit‑out works in line with approved designs and project plans.
- Coordinate interfaces across engineering, security, and supporting disciplines to enable seamless system integration.
- Validate technical installations against design requirements and readiness criteria.
- Support build‑readiness, commissioning preparation, and handover activities.
- Manage integration risks, issues, and dependencies, driving resolution across stakeholders.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring clear accountability and alignment.
- Support logistics planning, equipment delivery, staging, and sequencing activities.
- Provide regular status updates covering progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Support change control, programme coordination, and critical‑path management.
- Facilitate cross‑team collaboration and communication throughout delivery and commissioning phases.
