- Plan and carry out quality audits and inspections.
- Track, analyse, and report quality data, non‑conformance, and improvement actions.

- Maintain clear documentation of audits, issues, lessons learned, and outcomes.
- Stay informed on relevant construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and training to project stakeholders on quality processes and expectations.
- Support the use of systems and tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and traceability in quality management.
